Utilizing the best of industry practices common to only the top petrochemical companies and operations/production personnel from Shell. JP Lubricant can boast a combined experience of 50 years in the industry with our personnel having had experience consulting and/or doing toll blending for petrochemical companies like Petronas and Castrol.

Our vision & mission is to provide excellent quality lubricants and services at a reasonable price and to grow to be one of the largest independent OEM lubricants manufacturer and services provider in Malaysia in the next 5 years.

As a lubricant manufacturer most will only provide the lubricants. However at JP Lubricants we realize that in todays competitive world, it takes more than just good packaging to sometimes break into markets. We have done the research and are here also able to offer the support to be a one stop centre to assist our customers in creating the corporate feel that will assist them in breaking into hard to please markets, with the assistance of range of corporate gifts to give the brand a full-fledged feeling.
We decided that it wasn't good enough for customers to guess when their order was arriving. Therefore we have taken a page from large companies, that specialise in the tracking and delivery of orders and embedded this into our website. Which will allow customers to see at what stage their order currently is and when they will be able to receive their order, without the need to endlessly call for updates. This also reduces the frustration caused by missed calls and waiting for the appropriate person to pickup. Its as simple as logging into our website and looking to update yourself if the stage which your production order is at.
To ensure that our products are of premium quality we ensure that our base oil and additive suppliers are from premium sources. We have also built long standing partnerships with companies of excellent reputation to leverage on their abilities to ensure that we don't need to do everyting on our own and have a vast resource of knowledge and abilities at our disposal. This in turn reduces costs and increases quality as we are experts/specialists in our field.
The lubricant industry like many others is always evolving and moving forward. Once the latest grades are introduced they are almost immediately made obsolete as research moves forward to make a better lubricant. At JP Lubricant we know this, expect this and move ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest in the industry through our huge network, expenditure on learning and keeping in touch with market leaders. Again this is possible due to our personnel having built not only a career but a life and passion in lubricants blending and the relevant networks to support that.
Our Operation department prides themselves on never failing on a delivery. We ensure that we keep customers needs in mind and have delivered with pride a quality product within a week of receiving the order when our customer has been in extreme need. This is done by always ensuring that hte plant runs flawlessly. From order forecasting, to materials planning and having good relationships with our suppliers so that they are always ready and willing to assist us when we have the need. It also comes down to adopting the best operating procedures from the biggest player in the market whereby we have inside knowledge to due to the experience of our personnel. Manufacturing is a chain that is only as efficient/strong as its weakest link and we ensure that each link is strong.
Does having personnel that has spearheaded the entire plant of Shell Lubricant's Malaysia give you confidence that we are technically well supported? What if we were to add in that our technical personnel have consulted for Petronas and has done toll blending for Castrol. We are probably the only private blenders that is able to boast such a wealth of knowledge under one roof.
